Understanding the Credits System

What are Credits?

VAIRE.ai operates on a credit-based system of payments. These are prepaid units that are consumed by your use of the VAIRE platform on a Pay-As-You-Go basis.

Your account has a credit balance that is displayed in the top-right of the app. Here's the basics of how credits work:

Spending Credits

Currently, the way that credits are consumed is based on the number of images that you add to a video.

Every 1 image you add to a video = 25 credits*

As you upload images in the "Create New Video" workflow, you will notice a calculation in the bottom-right of the app, next to the "Create Video" button, showing you how many credits the video you are making will consume.

You cannot add more images than what you have budget for in your credits balance. Credits will only be charged from your account once a video successfully renders. If for some reason your video fails, you will not be charged any credits.

In the future, different actions within the VAIRE platform will cost a certain number of credits.

Buying Credits

When you need to top up your credits to create more videos, you can click "Credits" in the main navigation, or go to vaire-app.com/credits. There you will see a number of bundles you can purchase with your credit card, depending on how many credits you need.

Credits do not expire, meaning you can take as long as you like to use them.
