What are Personas?

When you create a video, your account profile details are used in the final scene of the video: profile pic, name, email, agency logo.

In some scenarios, such as centralised office marketing services, or external marketing agencies producing content for multiple clients, there's a need to use the details of a 3rd party.

This is where you can create a Persona; a set of profile details for a person other than your own.

Setting up Personas

1. Click on Personas from the main left navigation.

2. You will see a list of Personas attached to your account.

3. Click "Add New Persona", complete the required fields and image uploads and click Save.

4. You can also make a selected Persona the default for your videos by clicking the "star" next to the Persona.

NOTE: Personas are required to use email addresses that are unique from your main account email, and other Personas.

Using Personas in your Videos

1. When the Personas option is available to you, it will appear as a dropdown list in the Customizations section of the Create Video workflow.

2. Choose a Persona from the list (which includes your own profile details as well)

3. When the video is generated, it will use the Persona contact details in the final scene of the video.
